Get real-time smoke detection. This detector's quick-connect feature allows it to be easily connected to and powered by the SS6420 using a C6420 cable. Its photoelectric smoke detector include fast response algorithm for a quick response to fires. A pulsed infrared LED light source and a high-speed photodiode sensing element are housed in an omnidirectional sensing chamber which is protected by an insect screen. The chamber is not affected by ambient light. Detector features a built-in sounder, heat sensor and auxilary relay. Includes the mounting base and C6420-40 quick-connect cable (12m). Uses GE 541NCSRXT smoke detector.
