This package is exclusive to the RWME software. This package spans a 12 month period and includes five (5) support incidents, maintenance releases when available and a CD with the most recent version of the software. For customers who have allowed their support agreement to lapse the price to obtain the RWME-SP support agreement will change. The price you pay for RWME-SP will be the difference between the current price for the RWME software license and the original software license purchase price, plus the Package price.
